While tons of bars around the world try to compete for the "best garnishes" award, nobody does it quite as well as a bar in Milwaukee called Sobelmans Pub & Grill.
Their claim to fame so far has been the "Bloody Masterpiece" (pictured below) which has a total of 13 garnishes which include a brussel sprout, celery, onion, mushroom, cherry tomato, lemon, pickle, shrimp, sausage, cheese, olive, green onion & asparagus AND a Bacon Cheeseburger slider. Phew. That's pretty tough to beat! Except the same bar managed to do just that!
Sobelmans bar went ahead and created the ULTIMATE bloody mary garnish...a whole fried chicken! Yes. An entire friend chicken is now a bloody mary garnish in what their calling the “Chicken Fried Bloody Beast." (Pictured below)
“It includes the standard Sobelmans garnish (cheese, sausage, pickle, olive, onion, mushroom, asparagus, scallion, shrimp, lemon,brussels sprout, tomato & celery) for 4 regular Bloodies, two Baconadoes (skewers of bacon-wrapped jalapeno cheeseballs) & a whole fried chicken, fresh from Ray’s Butcher Shoppe in Greenfield, Wisconsin!”
$5 from each sale of the Bloody Mary, which costs a whopping $50, will be donated to Milwaukee’s Hunger Task Force. We'll drink to that!
