This gallery of hilarious photos show you what happens when you see signs it's too how outside. With drought across most of the country and temperatures hitting the triple digits already this year (didn't we just get done dealing with a bunch of blizzards a week or so ago? What happened to spring?) I'm afraid we have a lot of these photos to look forward to as we hit the dog days of summer. And then the dog days of fall, since there only seems to be summer and winter now. I'm not sure if we'll ever get a fall or a spring ever again. But these are definitely signs it's too hot outside.
I've never seen a koala so thirsty it took some water for some bikers. Nor have I ever seen a traffic cone totally melt (and I've been in some very hot midwestern summers.) I've also never seen a bulldog just lay down in a pile of ice (although I would like very much to see that one day.) There's no moose where I live, but I'm not sure how I would react if I walked outside and saw a 10 foot moose standing in a kiddie pool. Are moose friendly? Are hot moose less friendly? These are all questions I may never get answered.
Either way, enjoy this gallery of signs it's too hot outside! And stay cool this summer!
